Songwriter Competition

Last year I was part of songwriter competition and was lucky enough to come out on top! The song I played is one I rarely play live as it is very personal and was never really meant for anyone except my family. After some prompting, I agreed this showcase was a good time to bring it out for people to hear. It meant the world to me that the response was so positive. Paul Cataldo, a good friend, great musician and front-man for the folk-rock band Not Broken Yet, recently did a very cool version of my song "Dusty Shoes." In my opinion, this is what a cover is all about! It is a perfect representation of his style as a guitar player and vocalist and I am flattered to have a cover like this out there. First Annual Music on the Bay Festival

The first annual MOTB event was a HUGE success! I can't say thank you enough for including me and for the great response. It is a truly amazing experience to stand on stage and watch you all sing every word to my songs. It is never lost on me!
